Status of Immigration Reform in Supreme Court
Immigration case review United States v. Texas heard by the U.S. Supreme Court stirred up a battle over comprehensive immigration reform. Texas and 26 states do not agree with the Obama administration “deferred action” program known as DAPA for the undocumented parents of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents announced in November 2014. Congressional action is needed to find a path to legalization of undocumented immigrants.
